A method and compound having hydrocortisone and tretinoin is disclosed for the treatment of hair loss. The method also includes identifying any underlying conditions causing hair loss, treating the underlying conditions if possible, administration of hydrocortisone and tretinoin to the affected areas, and administration of vitamins having B complex.
