The base is provided with a pair of clamping members mounted thereon. The elastic member is mounted on a predetermined location of the crimping tool and provided with a pressing portion of a length extending downwards to form jointly with the base and the clamping members a receiving space for accommodating and holding securely a terminal of any shape.
