Intra-ocular implant, intended for insertion and retention in the eye of a patient, comprising, on the one hand, an optical part intended to be passed through by the incident light received by the cornea of the said eye, consisting of at least one transparent material incorporating a light-transmission adjuvant which is biologically compatible with the internal media of the said eye, and, on the other hand, a haptic part intended to support the optical part in the eye, characterised in that the light transmission adjuvant comprises at least one filtering substance which is capable of altering the energy spectrum of the light transmitted by the transparent material in a controlled manner, in an energy band to which the eye of the said patient is sensitive, starting at a value at least equal to 350 nm, as a function of a predetermined light sensitivity curve for the eye of the said patient. |
