It is an object of this invention that, in heat cooking a cracked egg, a cracked egg supply hole of a case body is shielded to seal a portion above the cracked egg on a heating dish, so that, even in a heat cooking apparatus equipped with a cracked egg supply device, satisfactory cooking of an egg can be achieved. According to a first invention, an opening shielding mechanism is provided in order to open the egg supply hole disposed in the bottom surface of the case body of the cracked egg supply device at the time of operating an egg cracking mechanism, and to close the egg supply hole at the time of not operating the egg cracking mechanism. A satisfactory cooking of a fried egg can be obtained by heat cooking the cracked egg in a state where the cracked egg supply hole is shielded to seal a portion above the cracked egg on a heating tray. According to a second invention, a shielding plate is so formed as to simultaneously shield two cracked egg supply holes, and the shielding plate is moved in synchronism at a stroke half the movement distance of an egg cracking blade every time the egg cracking blade is operated. In supplying two cracked eggs, the cracked egg supply holes (4) are reliably opened at a timing of supplying cracked eggs, and the shielding plate (3) is prevented from interfering with the cracked eggs being dropped through the cracked egg supply holes, so that fried eggs having ideal shapes can be provided. |
