PURPOSE:To very quickly and efficiently display the inventory information of an article without requiring any complicated procedure. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the inventory information display device of this embodiment, an inventory management computer 29 transmits the inventory information. Each case of exhibited video tapes is provided with an inventory information displaying member 1. The inventory information displaying members 1a to 1b is provided with a communication contact part 11a to receive the inventory information sent from the inventory management computer 29, a recognition number detection circuit 10 to recognize whether or not the received inventory information is the one to coincide with an intrinsic recognition number which the inventory information displaying members 1a to 1b have, and an LED 9 for displaying the recognized inventory information and so on. Namely, the inventory information of the article is transmitted to the inventory information displaying member 1 installed respectively in the sample of the article by the inventory management computer 29, and the presence or the absence of a stock is displayed to the outside by the LED 9 on the basis of that inventory information. Therefore, the inventory information can be displayed very easily by using this inventory information display device. |
