<p>PURPOSE:To fit a vehicle seat surely even in the case where a some manufacturing error and fitting error exist. CONSTITUTION:A stud bolt 12 as a fastening part of a car body is fitted in a notch part 14a, which has the V-shape cross section, of a positioning member 14. Positioning of the positioning member 14 in the front and rear direction and in the right and left direction of the car body is thereby performed. Thereafter, a seat fitting part bracket 13 of the rear of a vehicle seat 5 is lowered along the inclined surface 15, which is provided in relation with the positioning member 14 and which performs the positioning in the front and back direction and the right and left direction of a car body, and the seat fitting part bracket 13 is positioned relative to the stud bolt 12.</p> |
