<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the development of uneven temp. in material to be heated in an induction heating apparatus provided with discharging rollers. CONSTITUTION:In a method for discharging the material to be heated 12 from the induction heating apparatus 10, from which plural materials 12 to be heated are heated while continuously carrying by a feeding roller 20 having variable carrying speed and also, the heated material 12 after the heat treatment is forcedly discharged by a discharging roller 26 arranged at the outlet side part of an inductor 14, the feeding roller 20 is driven at high speed in the time zone from the outlet of the inductor 14 to biting completion into the discharging roller 26 within the cycle time needed for the following process. Then, in the remained time zone of the cycle time, the operation control repeating the drive at a low speed is executed.</p> |
