SMOOTHING METHOD FOR RESIN FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently form a resin film excellent in smoothness without leaving a damage or unevenness on the surface of the smoothed resin film. CONSTITUTION:A release film 27 with surface tension of 40dyn/cm or less and a thickness of 25-100mum is placed on the surface of a resin film 13 and heated and pressed from above by a roller 25 to smooth the resin film 13. Thereafter, the release film is peeled to obtain the smooth resin film.
