<p>PURPOSE:To improve the whole efficiency by multiplexing data on the gap of a rate due to the fluctuation of a video transmission rate, and transmitting the data with the multiplex display information of the data. CONSTITUTION:A video signal is inputted from a video input/output device 101, and it is compressed/encoded to, for example, a mean rate of around 7.9kbps at a compression encoder circuit 104, and is sent to a multiplexer 107 via buffer memory 105, and is multiplexed with a data signal. An output bit system is monitored and controlled by a rate control circuit 106. The data signal from a data input/output device 102 is controlled with, for example, a mean rate of 0.2kbps, and an audio signal from an audio input/output device 103 with, for example, a bit rate of 1.8kbps, and they are sent to the multiplexer 107, respectively. Those video signal and audio signal are multiplexed and sent out after being the ones with rate of 10kbps in total by being added on an information signal of 0.1kbps representing in what sequence and timing media are arranged by how much bps.</p> |
