WATER-SOLUBLE COLD ROLLING OIL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide a water-soluble cold rolling oil composition having excellent lubricating performance in cold rolling of a hard material, in cold rolling at high draft ratio, and in high-speed cold rolling. CONSTITUTION:The composition consists essentially of a surfactant and one or more base oil components selected from the group consisting of animal and vegetable oil and fat, mineral oil and fatty acid ester and contains an alkaline earth metal sulfonate in an amount of 5-50wt.% based on the whole composition.
