PURPOSE:To save labor by simplifying a production process by curing an FRP layer formed on a mandrel fixed to an FW machine, winding a cushioning material, curing another FRP layer formed, removing the FRP layers from the mandrel, assembling a duplex pipe with them, and injecting resin concrete into the space in the duplex pipe, and curing it. CONSTITUTION:An FRP inner layer wound on a mandrel fixed to an FW machine is cured. A cushioning material is wound on the FRP layer so that its thickness corresponds with that of a part of resin concrete. After an FRP outer layer wound on the cushioning material being cured, the mandrel is removed from the FW machine. The inner and outer FRP layers are separated from the mandrel to assemble a duplex pipe. Resin concrete is then injected between the two layers in the duplex pipe and it is cured. In this way, the mandrel can be removed after the FRP is cured and a mold for the injection of resin concrete is not necessary. |
