PURPOSE:To automate bank service by a customer's request which has been offered by using a specific form. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a pen input type personal computer 1 which displays various request form images and enables pen input and seal impression image input to those form images, a file server 3 which stores input data from respective terminals, a general service processing terminal 4 which is connected to a host computer 8 and the file server 3 and performs processing for the bank service, a handwriting analytic device 5 which collates handwriting inputted from the pen type personal computer 1 with previously stored handwriting, and a seal impression collating device 6 which collates a seal impression image inputted from the pen input type personal computer 1 with previously stored seal impression images. |
