PURPOSE:To prepare a document by describing the document in handwriting on an optical character read only sheet. CONSTITUTION:This document preparing device consists of an optical character reading means 101 which reads each character of the English alphabet, a numeral, KANA (Japanese syllabary), KANJI (Chinese character in Japanese language), and a ruled line, etc., and recognizes the read character, and encodes the character, a document data converting means 102, which converts data generated by the optical character reading means into the form of document data, a document data preserving means 104 which preserves the document data, and a document data printing means 103 which prints the document data. |
