PURPOSE: To permit braking even in the case of automatic function mode by providing a comparison slide valve which opens the communication between a master cylinder and a feed circuit and closes the communication between the solenoid valve of the feed circuit and a reservoir when the fluid pressure of the master cylinder is higher than or equal to that of the feed circuit. CONSTITUTION: This device has a distribution solenoid valve which has a regulating outlet 20, closes the communication between a reservoir 28 and the feed entrance of a pump 30 at the time of stop but closes this communication at the time of operating and regulates the fluid pressure of the feed circuit. When the fluid pressure of a master cylinder 10 is higher than or equal to that of the feed circuit, the communication between the master cylinder 10 and the feed circuit is opened and the communication between the regulating outlet 20 of the solenoid valve and the reservoir 28 is closed but in the opposite case, the communication is inverted by a comparison slide valve 16. Namely, at the time of automatic braking, the comparison slide valve 16 closes a passage 12 and opens the intermediate communication between passages 18 and 20. Therefore, the regulating outlet 20 of the solenoid valve is communicated to the reservoir 28. |
