PURPOSE:To restrain the proliferation of bacterium or the like and prevent the inset of allerosis due to antiseptics by making main components in preserving liquid and cleaning liquid of water containing di- and tri-valent Fe salts. CONSTITUTION:Since water containing di- and tri-valent Fe salts coincides with water present in vivo cells, it is not only innoxious to a human body but also it is convertible into a non-ionic reactional system. Thus, it has a physiological action such as corrosion action, antiviral action in addition to metal corrosion restraining action based on the ion reaction restraining action, salt disturbance removing action and soil impediment eliminating action. Sine the aqueous solution for a contact lens has a main component of water containing di- and tri-valent Fe salts, bacterium or the like are not proliferated without adding any special antisepics even if the contact lens is immersed in the aqueous solution for a very long period. Antiseptics used usually need never to be added to this liquid or preserving and cleaning the contact lens. |
