CONSTITUTION: In a method for supplying cold to at least one open refrigerated enclosure for the display and sale of fresh products is a self-service shop, cold from an air cooler is carried toward the open refrigerated enclosure through forced circulation and supplied to a cold distribution nozzle opening at the top of the enclosure. Warmed air is collected at the base of the enclosure through a pair of collection nozzles 19a, 19b and/or a pair of nozzles 17a, 17b wherein respective nozzles in each pair are set in reverse circulating direction and terminated at alternating blind pipes 18a, 18b. |
