In order to rough-cast a wet and/or salt containing masonry work there is applied on all the surfaces a trowel-projected rough casting containing damp proof additives as well as pore-forming additives and/or light porous aggregates, said rough casting being coated after hardening with a preferably porous sweetening rough casting.
