PURPOSE:To form the induction heating coil without using a coiling jig by forming the induction heating coil by an electric wire coiled by using a core part of a reel as a core, in a separated space between bottom parts of a protective frame. CONSTITUTION:When a protective frame 3 is rotated by a prescribed number of times, an electric wire 17 is formed like a coil by the number of turns of its frequency portion, and an end part of the electric wire 17 whose coiling is finished is placed on an end part-fixing part 11 provided in the vicinity of a cut groove part 10. Subsequently, by screwing a fixture, the end part of the electric wire 17 is inserted and held between the end part-fixing part 11 and the fixture, and the end part is fixed. As for a position of the end part-fixing part 11, it is provided at a position where the smaller an external form of the coiled electric wire 17 becomes, the shorter a distance to the cut groove part 10 becomes, therefore, unless the fixation of the end part of the electric wire 17 is loosened, coiling of the electric wire 17 is not loosened. By the abovementioned coiling and fixation of the end part, the electric wire 17 is formed as an induction heating coil 18. |
