摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the monoclonal antibody MPC-1 specifically recognizing mature myeloma cells belonging to the cell sub-group of human myeloma cells. CONSTITUTION:This monoclonal antibody MPC-1 specifically recognizing human mature myeloma cells is produced from a hybridoma prepared by fusing a plasmacytoma cell with the immunized cell of a mammalian immunized with a human myeloma cell KMS-5 as a sensitizing antigen.
