Production of plastic components from used barely recyclable material - by adding material and e.g. binder to container, tilting to drop it on to mould plate, repeating procedure as required and hot pressing

In the prodn. of components contg. plastics according to the main patent P 42 21 679.6 they use thin plastic material contg. a binder and/or adhesive, they can be made in a number of stages, and they have a laminar construction; their layers are made horizontally. In the process a mould tool used is placed on a container holding the material and both the tool and container can be tilted together so that the material falls out of the container into one mould tool. The tool and container are then tilted back again. ADVANTAGE - This addn. to the original patent extends its scope in re-using/recycling material which can only be recycled with difficulty (if at all). It covers also the equipment used for the purpose.
