Inside the shaft is an actuating member (20), whose proximal end (28) is accessible via that (26) of the stem itself. The distal end (32) of the member is coupled to a knife (30) with cutting edge (34), the latter passing across the guide on actuation. The head can be without protrusions from the side of the stem.
