PURPOSE:To improve the secretory productivity of a foreign protein by culturing a yeast transformed with a secretory expression vector containing a promoter and an exogenote under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A carbon source is continuously fed while controlling the concentration of the carbon source (e.g. glucose or saccharose) in a culture solution of a yeast transformed with a secretory expression vector containing a promoter and an exogenote to a constant level. Thereby, the objective useful protein can be secreted in good yield.
