The invention relates to a blood sampling device, having a cannula 1 which can be inserted into the vein of a patient by its front end, its rear end (1') terminating in an interior tube (2) which is situated within a sampling tube (3) which is hermetically sealed at its rear end and is sealed at its front end except for a vent (4). The interior tube (2) is secured in the blood sampling position by a cap (5) with detachable axial locking means (6), and preferably by a screw cap, against being pulled out of the sampling tube (3). A perforatable and self-closing membrane (7) is fixed in the front part of the cap (5), tightly seals the interior tube (2) at its front end (8) in the blood-sampling position, and at the same time presses the interior tube (2), without play, against a stop (9) in the sampling tube (3). The interior tube (2) and the closure cap (5) are connected to each other by means of a slip connector, so that when the cap (5) is removed axially from the sampling tube (3) the seal between membrane (7) and interior tube (2) is initially broken, and only then is the interior tube (2) entrained. …<IMAGE>… |
