The back conduits (12) have an inlet for the heat transmission medium to be fed back, which is arranged in the radial outer area of the rotor (1) or housing (6), and the feed-back position (24, 26) for the heat transmission medium is provided in the vicinity of the central axis or the central area of the rotor (1) or housing (6). The direct back flow of the heat transmission medium to the central area and in particular to the upper part (3) of the housing or rotor (1) can be cut off by a seal carrier in the form of a rotor bush (10). The feed-back conduits (12) run radially and are arranged star-fashion or at most deviate by 15 deg. from the radial direction. The further heat transmission medium is lubricating oil for the cycloidal propeller. USE/ADVANTAGE - To improve the heat transmission with regard to rotor cooling for cycloidal ship propeller.
