摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the position control with high efficiency by using a current control part which controls the motor current in response to the added value of the current command value and the damping current command value and therefore obtaining electrically a damping effect. CONSTITUTION:A speed sensor 4 and a position sensor 5 are used to control a servo motor 3 which performs the position control. A position arithmetic part 21 calculates the speed command value from the position command value given from an upper rank system 1 and the position detection value given from the sensor 5. Then a speed arithmetic part 22 calculates the current command value ic from said speed command value and the speed detection value given from the sensor 4. In addition, a control arithmetic part 26 calculates the damping current command value io from the speed detection value given from the sensor 4. Then the values ic and io are added 25 together, and a current control part 23 controls the motor 3 based on an output current ico.
