PURPOSE:To perfectly remove the burrs in the spaces between projected parts in an annular edge part by radially holding at least two share points having the elastic force of a cutting edge corresponding to a burr forming surface and allowing a burr removing tool to contact and displace along the cutting-burr forming surface. CONSTITUTION:A burr-removing tool 2 holds share points 22 having a cutting edge 21 having an acute angle for cutting the cutting burrs 14 radially from the center part, and the thin long share point 22 is inserted easily into the spaces 15 between projected parts of a work 1. When a tool shaft 24 is revolved in the axial direction, the share point 22 contacts with the cutting-burr forming surface 16 of the work 1, and the share point 22 is bent by the amount shown by the arrow B by the elastic force of the share point 22 in the state where a constant pushing force is applied, and the burrs 14 can be removed. |
