PURPOSE:To produce a powdery gas having excellent permeability at low cost in large amounts by a method in which at the time of preparing a powdery gas to be used in place of grout, ammonia is added by using a tank with a gas-permeable inner partition wall. CONSTITUTION:When high-pressure air is sent to a powder-preparing tank 1 through a tube 20, the air enters through the gas-permeable periphery wall of an inner tank 1a from a jacket 2 into the inner tank 1a, where a powdery gas composed of cement particles and air is prepared. The powdery gas composed of cement particles and air is prepared. The powdery gas so prepared is discharged through a discharge port 13 from the chamber 12 and stored in the upper part of the jacket 2. Ammonia is then blown into the jacket 2 from a supplier 6 to form ammonia-loaded powdery gas which is in turn taken out of an outlet 7. |
