<p>A jib 17 retracts and slides into an arm 10 pivoted at 11 to the revolving component 2 of a mobile machine 1. A carrier 14 is pivoted on the end of the arm 10 to which it is connected by jacks 16. The jib 17, connected to the arm 10 by an internal jack, can incline on the arm 10 with the carrier 14 when it is projected from the arm 10 and lodged only in the carrier 14. The jib 17, the carrier 14 and the arm 10 are an integral part of the equipment, hydraulically controlled for inclination and rotation.
