The invention relates to a device for feeding a (tubular) foil for a hood-making device, having a supply of foil wound up to form a supply roll and at least one foil guide, by means of which the foil is to be guided essentially centrally with respect to the hood-making device, the foil (5') being restrictedly guided on its path from the supply roll (5) to the hood-making device (2).
