The equipment comprises a bearer (2) for accommodation of the object, a device for application of material subjected to electromagnetic radiation on to the bearer (2) and a radiation device (10). The beaer (2) is rotatably located and a device (5,6) is provided for its rotation. The bearer is so formed and located that the centrifgural forces arising during rotation act vertically to the surface of the bearer. It is formed as the cover surface (1) of a hollow cylinder rotatable around its axis (5). In the inner space (8) of the hollow cylinder (1) a level measurement appts. is arranged for probing the surface of the layer (20-26). USE/ADVANTAGE - To produce a three-dimensional object, the prodn. speed and accuracy are enhanced.
