Date Jul. 27, 1995A drawer slide formed by cold rolling metal strip and shaped, in cross section, to define first mutually presented tracks for receiving and cooperating with a first set of rollers carried, in use, by a drawer, second mutually presented tracks for receiving and cooperating with rollers carried in use by the drawer receiving cabinet, a first web portion integrally interconnecting the first tracks, a second web portion integrally interconnecting the second tracks, an integral stop closing both ends respectively of a first channel defined by one of the first and second webs and its respective tracks, a cut-out adjacent one end of the outer track of the first channel to facilitate insertion of the respective rollers into the first channel, an integral stop closing the end of a second channel by the other of the first and second webs and the respective tracks, remote from the end of the slide having the cut-out, and an access aperture in the web portion of the second channel providing in use, access through the web portion to a device for securing the respective rollers to the drawer or to the cabinet carcass. |
