<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the setting of an electric wiring and a communicating piping of a driving fluid in the machine, in an automatic machine tool or the like. CONSTITUTION:A wiring and piping substrate 6 is composed by incorporating an air and electric device block 11 in which a connector 14 and couplings 15 are provided, an air circuit block 12 in which a fluid communicating passage 16 connecting to the couplings 15 is formed, and an electric circuit block 13 in which a wiring plate 20 connecting to the connector 14 is installed, in a laminated layer form.</p> |
