<p>PURPOSE:To improve the purifying capability of the polluted sea water by stirring and spraying bubbles to the sea bottom to subdivide waste oil clots, purifying them with water hyacinth, and processing the obtained sea water with a fixed organism film filter material and silt decomposing fungi. CONSTITUTION:The crude oil-effluent sea surface is cut off with an oil fence and a silt protector 1, bubbles are sprayed and stirred with a sprinkling pipe 2, an underwater ejector 3, and a diffuser 3', and waste oil clots are subdivided to increase the surface area and accelerate decomposition. The waste oil clots are captured by roots of water hyacinth 6 extended in the water, and a petroleum compound is decomposed. The sea water is filtered by a fixed organism film filter material constituted of a U-shaped pipe 4 via a pipe 8 to decompose the waste oil clots. The sea water is fed and processed through a conduit provided with biscuit fragments 7 stuck with silt decomposing fungi and the sprinkling pipe 2, floating materials are completely removed by the roots of water hyacinth 6, and the processed water is sent to a desalinization processing device from the guide pipe 8. Contaminants can be completely removed.</p> |
