<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a processing device capable of fusing and recovering a stretched plastic product. CONSTITUTION:The subject processing device for stretched plastic product is composed of a hopper 2 for storing raw materials, a feed roller 3 positioned at the lower end of the hopper 2, a heating roller 7 which is positioned below the feed roller and rotates with the surface adjusted to a specified temperature level under control, a scraping piece 11 which is adjacent to the surface of the heating roller 7 and scrapes a molten plastic off the surface of the heating roller 7, and a receiving hopper 12 installed below the scraping piece 11. In addition, the device is equipped with a feed roller 4 with a rubber wound around the surface and an automatically adjustable interaxial distance.</p> |
