<p>PURPOSE:To recycle recovered and used hygienic products as an intimate mixing material, etc., for cement concrete by subjecting the used hygienic products to a heat treatment for a prescribed period of time by the satd. steam of a prescribed pressure within a pressure resistant vessel, then instantaneously opening the container to the atm. and subjecting the products to an explosive crushing treatment. CONSTITUTION:The used hygienic products which are held put in a recovering box are supplied from a raw material supply valve 2 into the pressure resistant container 1 and the satd. steam of the prescribed pressure is introduced from a high-pressure steam introducing valve 3 therein. After the used hygienic products and recovering box are subjected to the heat treatment for the prescribed period of time, an explosive crushing valve 4 is rapidly opened to inject air into a hopper 5 at a high velocity. As a result, the pressure is released instantaneously and the used hygienic products and recovering box are finely crushed and housed by the explosive volume expansion arising from the evaporation of condensed water and the mechanical destruction by high-speed injection.</p> |
