PURPOSE: To facilitate removing an object from a shaft by providing a first moving means to relatively move two collars along an axial line, and a second moving means to move the second collar along the axial line. CONSTITUTION: Jaws 50 of an extracting tool 10 are disposed around an object, claws 52 of the jaws 50 are put to be adjacent to shoulder parts of the object, and a nut 22 is fastened to pull a plate 28 toward a collar 12. By this move, a link 70 pulls the jaw 50 inward till the claws 52 of the jaws 50 are disposed to securely grasp the object. At this timing, a pusher 26 can be adjusted to a piston till a lower end part of the pusher 26 is engaged with a top part of a shaft. Next, the piston is properly driven to pressurize the whole body of the extracting tool 10 and the grasped object upward to be removed from the shaft. The extracting tool 10 may use three or more jaws 50, and at least two jaws 50 are necessary. |
