PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a high-strength formed concrete/ mortar article having remarkably increased tensile strength and flexural strength while minimizing the water-cement ratio. CONSTITUTION:A raw material containing cement, aggregate, a water-absorbing polymer containing absorbed water and, as necessary, reinforcing fiber is kneaded and the obtained paste having promoted initial hydration is formed to produce a formed concrete/mortar article having high strength. Preferably, the weight ratio of water/water-absorbing polymer is 30-200, water/cement is 15-30% and aggregate/cement is 30-200%. A formed concrete/mortar article having high strength can be produced by this process. |
