PURPOSE:To ensure that the steps of process are reduced and manufacturing cost is decreased by eliminating the surface roughness of a molded product, dispensing with a work to remove a mold lubricant and minimizing the frequency of cleaning a die. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic elastomer film 8 having parting and stretching/ shrinking properties is applied to the bottom force surface of a molding die which consists of a top force 2 and a bottom force 1, and is vacuum-aspirated to allow the film to be molded to a cavity profile. Next, either a foam is molded by injecting a foam molding material or the film is molded to the cavity profile by foaming pressure of the foam molding material by injecting the material. Further, the molded foam is cured and parted from the die. Finally the film is peeled off, then an adhesive is applied to the surface of the molded foam and a coat is applied to the molded foam after drying. |
