摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To carry out desulfurization efficiently by continuously throwing in desulfurizing agent particles with specified particle size to the apparatus in which medium particles are fluidized at specified temperature in a SO2- or SO3-containing gas wherein the particles are inert and have specified particle size independent of the desulfurizing agent and fluidizing those particles together with the medium particles. CONSTITUTION:Desuflurizing agent (e.g. lime stone) particels with 0.1-20mum size are continuously thrown to an apparatus 4 by a desulfurizing agent feeder 3 wherein the apparatus 4 fluidizes inert medium particles (e.g. alumina) with 100-200mum size and independent of the desulfurizing agent at 700-1100 deg.C by a gas containing SO2 or SO3, and the particles are fluidized together with the medium particles, separated from the gas by cyclon 6, and then recovered in a desulfurizing agent collecting apparatus 7. As a result, by using the fluidized bed of the specified particles, the fine desulfurizing particles which are hard to be fluidized can be fluidized as a stable gas-solid system fluidizing bed and thus economical dry-way desulfurization can be carried out efficiently.</p> |
