PURPOSE:To obtain the title material which is hardend in a relatively short time and gives a porous hardened material having a good water permeability and a high compressive strength by using a slurry obtd. by mixing a water- absorbing powder, water, and a specific foamable urethane hardener. CONSTITUTION:The material is a slurry obtd. by mixing at least one waterabsorbing powder, water, and a foamable urethane hardener contg. a polyisocyanate prepolymer as the main component. The powder is selected from the group consisting of cement, soil, fly ash, slag powder, s incineration ash, and fine water-absorbing resin powder. The slurry may further contain a hardening retarder for concrete, such as one based on a salt of ligninsulfonic acid, an oxycarboxylic acid, a polycarboxylic acid, or naphthalenesulfonic acid, and a thickener or a viscosity-reducing agent. |
