(2) Magenta toner for color electrophotography containing at least one kind of the dicyanoimidazole compound derivative represented by the formula [I] as a coloring agent. (3) Colored resin and resin color filter containing at least one kind of the dicyanoimidazole compound derivative represented by the formula [I] in solution.
