<p>PURPOSE: To provide a servovalve capable of controlling to have a specified output flow gain curve concerning an electrohydraulic (fluid) servovalve. CONSTITUTION: An electrohydraulic servovalve is furnished with a regulation circuit 62 connected to supply a previously specified input signal to an electric motor 40 of the valve. This previously specified signal has a function to control a flow of fluid from the valve so as to bring about a desired result. This electrohydraulic servovalve is furnished with a spool valve to measure a flow passing inlet and outlet ports and a housing 26 to prescribe round flow inlet and outlet ports 36, 38. The spool valve substantially and partially overlaps the round flow inlet and outlet ports 36, 38. The regulation circuit 62 has a plural number of amplifiers respectively having different gains. A command signal is applied to the amplifier, and output from the amplifier is added and an input signal against the electric motor 40 of the electrohydraulic servovalve is supplied.</p> |
