<p>PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a concrete product having excellent abrasion resistance and ultrahigh strength while keeping high compressive strength. CONSTITUTION:A concrete product having ultrahigh strength is produced by the steam-curing of a concrete composed of cement, aggregate, water and an admixture material. Artificial aggregate composed exclusively of crushed hard stone and crushed sand is used as the aggregate. The admixture material contains at least one kind of material selected from high-performance water- reducing agent, fine powder of blast furnace slag, silica fume and fly-ash and the ratio of the water-bonding material is preferably <=25%. Preferably, the amount of the crushed hard stone and crushed sand is 1,500-2,000kg/m<3> and the ratio of the crushed sand in the total aggregate is <=40%.</p> |
