发明名称 ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject resin composition, excellent in thermal stability and electric conductivity and useful as molding such as electrical and electronic parts by melt kneading a polyacetal resin with a thermoplastic resin such as a polyurethane resin and electrically conductive carbon in specific amounts blended. CONSTITUTION:The objective electrically conductive polyacetal resin composition, excellent in thermal stability and useful as moldings, etc., is obtained by melt kneading (A) a polyacetal resin with (B) one or more thermoplastic resins such as a polyurethane-based resin, a polyester-based resin, an acrylic resin and styrene-acrylonitrile-based copolymer resin and (C) electrically conductive carbon in amounts blended satisfying formulas I, II and III indicating the weight ratios of the respective components. Furthermore, the molding composed of this resin composition forms a structure in which the resin of the component (B) forms a continuous phase in the form of a network in the polyacetal resin of the component (A) and the electrically conductive carbon of the component (C) is selectively concentrated and included in the resin phase of the component (B).
