PURPOSE:To execute the smooth, correct and safe intruction of lifting and lowering cargoes such as construction materials by a crane in a construction site. CONSTITUTION:A TV camera 130 having a sighting device and a distance sensor 140 mounted through a gyro-shaped vertical position holding device 120, and a transmitting means 107 of the image information from the TV camera 130 and the distance detecting information from the distance sensor 140 are provided on a truck 100 which is moved to the cargo elevating or lowering position, and the received image information and the distance detecting information are monitored in an operation room of the crane. |
