PURPOSE: To provide a very rigid distributor which can uniformly distribute liquid by sufficiently distributing gas, does not require a large space for installation and is used as a fluid distributor for heat and material exchange column, especially for a packed column, for example for a liquid air rectification column, and to provide a heat and material exchange column provided with at least one of the distributors. CONSTITUTION: This distributor comprises a peripheral crown 2, a series of vertical partition parts 11 whose edge parts are mounted on the crown and which extend in parallel with one another, sealingly closing means 18, 19 for forming alternately gas spaces 17 and liquid spaces 20 between the partition parts 11, means 12 for upward discharging the gas collected in the spaces 17 and a perforated bottom part 10 disposed at the base of each liquid space and sealingly connected to each partition part 11 and to crown 2. In the heat and material exchange column having at least one of the distributors, the distributor is supported by the crown.
