<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a water-permeable hardenable material curable in a relatively short time, being porous after curing, having high compression strength. CONSTITUTION:A water-permeable hardenable material is produced by premixing water absorbing powder with water to form a slurry, blending the slurry with a foamable urethane-based curing agent, reacting the curing agent with water in the slurry, polymerizing while foaming to give a solidified foamed material wherein the water absorbing powder is dispersed into the polyurethane formed by the polymerization.</p> |
