<p>PURPOSE: To provide a discharge valve device capable of reducing not only the noise but also the vibration produced during discharge operation. CONSTITUTION: A discharge valve device of a rotary compressor comprises a discharge passage formed in the wall of a cylinder for connecting to a compression chamber, a rigid discharge valve 30 for blocking/opening the discharge passage depending upon the pressure in the chamber, and a spring 32 for restricting the movement of the discharge valve. The discharge valve moves along a passage wall in contact therewith during travel between its blocking/ opening positions. The discharge valve device is capable of reducing not only the noise but also the vibration produced during discharge operation.</p> |
