PURPOSE:To automatically remove the rust at a fillet welding part between a steel plate and a frame member and in the vicinity thereof. CONSTITUTION:First bases 8, 8 are provided in a traveling truck 3, which is provided between frame members 2, 2 and moves along the welding direction thereof, freely to be projected from both sides of the truck 3 to side surfaces of both the frame members, and furthermore, second bases 11, 11 are provided in side surfaces of the truck 3 of the frame member side freely to move vertically. First unit cylinders 6, 6 are provided to project the first bases 8, 8 to the frame member side at a predetermined stroke, and second unit cylinders 9, 9 and provided to lower and second bases 11, 11 at a predetermined stroke. The second bases 11, 11 are respectively provided with a wire grinder 12, a first sand grinder 14 and a second sand grinder 16 so that each polishing surface thereof are pressure-contacted with fillet welding part 5 and the surface 13 of the frame member to be polished near the fillet welding part and the surface 15 to be polished of the top surface of the steel plate at the lowering end position. |
