PURPOSE:To perform simultaneous operation of a plurality of clamp levers by moving a plurality of fastening screws as well as rotating a plurality of drive screw simultaneously by means of a drive means having a single rotation function through a drive force transmitting means and a plurality of drive screw rotating means. CONSTITUTION:One pipe 1 provide at its pipe end with a support flange 1A and the other pipe 2 are mutually coupled. In this case, a support member 4 is fixedly mounted on the outer periphery of the end part of the other pipe 2. A plurality of drive screws 11 are rotatably supported to the support member 4 and a drive power source is juxtaposed. A rotation power from a drive ower source is transmitted to a drive force transmitting means and each drive screw 11 is rotated by means of a drive screw rotatiting means 11. Further, each fastening screw 12 is joined in a screwed-in state with each drive screw 11. Meanwhile, a plurality of clamp lever 21 are connected to the front ends of respective fastening screws 12 and arranged to the front end of the support member 4 and a separable flange press part 23 is disposed at one end thereof and to the support flage 1A. |
